Questions

Is the Moka Humidor free?

Yes. It is free for registered MokaCigar members and needs no purchase. Register, add your boxes, and the humidor is yours.

Can I add cigars I did not buy from MokaCigar?

Yes. Search our catalogue for the exact cigar, or add anything else by hand. Boxes bought from us can be added in one tap from your orders.

How does it know when a box is ready?

From the date in the box code, the cigar’s ring gauge and length, and the house’s strength on the Habanos flavour chart. Full-bodied and larger cigars are given longer. It is a guide, not a rule: your own smoke log ratings tell you more.

What does the box code tell me?

The code stamped on the base of the box, such as TOS ABR 15, gives a factory code, the month and the year the box was packed. The Moka Humidor reads it and keeps the box’s age current.

Who can see my humidor?

Only you. Entries are private to your account, and you can export everything as a spreadsheet at any time.
