Response times

We aim to reply to every enquiry within one business day. Messages sent on weekdays before 14:00 GMT are usually answered the same afternoon; weekend enquiries are handled on Monday morning. For genuinely time-sensitive matters - a same-day delivery question, an event tomorrow - please call +44 7464 682500 on weekdays between 10:00 and 18:00 GMT rather than relying on email.

What to include for verification enquiries

If you are writing to ask whether a box is genuine, the more we can see, the better the answer we can give. A useful enquiry typically includes:

• Clear, well-lit photographs of the top, bottom, front, and both ends of the box
• A close-up of the warranty seal and the holographic band, in focus
• The factory code and date code stamped on the underside of the box
• The marque, the vitola, and the box count (e.g. SLB of 25, cabinet of 50)
• Where and when you bought it, and any provenance documentation you hold

Non-members may write to verify@mokacigar.com and we will reply with a quote and a brief on what we can and cannot determine from photographs alone.

Visiting in person

The London tasting room is open by appointment. We do not run a walk-in shopfront; the room is a private space for members, guests, and pre-arranged visitors, and we would rather give you our undivided attention than ask you to share it.
